For obvious reasons some of these methods (friction, tweezing, hair threading and electrolysis) are not suitable for huge body areas. One of the epilation methods is a very good option to take, because the treated area will be smooth for several weeks. Body sugaring is very suitable for coarse male body hair. The cold waxing technique can be used to remove most body hair. Hot wax hair removal should always be done to remove genital hair removal because of the coarseness and density of the hair. Cold strip wax might break the hair. If the man decides to use an epilator device, I recommend a full body waxing first. The epilator can then be used for weekly upkeep. It can be very uncomfortable, if not downright painful, to use the epilator for the first time. Epilation causes the hair to grow out finer and sparser. Eventually the really dedicated male bodybuilders move on to the long term hair removal options of photo epilation like intense pulsed light (IPL) or laser. The treated area will be hair free for about 12 months. In many cases the removal can be permanent. Permanent removal by electrolysisElectrolysis is the only permanent method. Because electrolysis treats individual hair it, is extremely time consuming and therefore very expensive. Needless to say, it is not a viable method to use for the whole body.
